From the moment you enter Howsham Hall, along the sweeping private drive, the venue is exclusively for just you and your guests. Designed with a relaxing stay in mind, but with a feel of grandeur, the interiors at Howsham Hall are perfect for guests to experience a quintessential English country house, with a difference! Offering 12 stunning and unique bedrooms, not forgetting one of the largest wedding suites in Europe!

The Wedding Suite at Howsham Hall is where dreams are made, wedding dreams! The large lounge, with sofas, dressing platform, floor-length mirrors, and an ideal spot to enjoy wedding morning breakfast is a perfect setting to relax in before saying I DO! The lounge flows gracefully through to a dressing room, bedrooms and a bathroom fit for a royal couple. Complete with a free-standing bath, with a view!

Howsham Hall is licensed for a civil ceremony in the Great Hall, seating up to 100 guests. Large windows flood the area with natural light, and the crystal chandelier and fireplace add to the elegance. With local churches nearby if you would prefer. Fancy an outdoor ceremony, Howsham Hall has the perfect setting on the front lawn with views of the gardens and grounds. With seating up to 100 guests, it is a perfect option for summer weddings!

A drinks reception can be held outside in the gardens, with the backdrop of the stunning yorkshire venue. Alternatively, drinks receptions can be held inside Howsham Hall, Guests can mingle and chat, making use of the spacious and light-filled Staircase Hall. The Billiards Room is also a popular spot for guests to enjoy and play a game or two!

The Drawing Room is an elegant setting for the Wedding Breakfast, seating up to 96 guests. Large windows, with views of the grounds, flood the area with natural light. A natural backdrop allows the room to be styled differently, allowing your own tablescape to come to life! Mixing a lovely blend of classic with chic styling, your guests will be blown away with your wedding breakfast setting.

As wedding packages don’t exist, each wedding is designed bespoke to you as a couple, even down to the food and drink! The food and drink you decide to have for your Wedding Day has been carefully curated by their team of award-winning chefs. From Champagne and delicate canapés for the Drinks Reception, to an elegant and fine dining Wedding Breakfast, the choice is yours! Fun options also include grazing stations and evening bites to tempt your guests. Why not plan some entertainment, some live music played on the Howsham Hall piano, while guests enjoy a truly memorable meal, sounds delightful!

Party Time! Howsham Hall has its very own evening reception and dance floor space with a twist! The original chapel has been redesigned to a nightclub. From copper tones, relaxed seating, rich velvets, and a stunning riverside terrace with festoon lighting and outdoor furniture, this added space gives guests another surprise! With a private VIP terrace, the perfect spot for photos, your evening space is surely to make guests want to party the night away.
