The feel
Here at Cornish Tipi we’re the closest you can get to that quirky outside wedding in the UK. If you’re dreaming of a woodland wedding by the lakeside surrounded by nature or perhaps a camping / festival style wedding then you’ve come to the right place. Our wood, willow and canvas Pavilion is by a clear brook & under a canopy of oak and ash. We work to make one of the most important days of your life natural or funky, eco-chic, or country.
You can also think about using the lake as part of your celebration – imagine a lakeside wedding – vows by the water’s edge, or pagan handfasting, or your own Festival of Light with floating candles & flowers released at dusk.
After about an hour and a half in this lovely glade it’s up to the marquee meadow for your main reception; speeches and hugging, dining, and dancing until midnight. There’ll be room on the marquee lawn for little people to run and play and the big firepit will be lit at dusk so you can venture outside under the stars and sit around the fire with a drink, maybe with marshmallows on sticks.
