Who are the licensed registrars for the Quay?

On making your booking with us, you will need to contact the registrar at Conwy County Registry Office to check whether the date and time you require is available (Tel: 01492 576625)

How much of the venue can we use?

We only have one wedding per day at the hotel so depending on numbers you will have exclusive use of the Castle Suite. You are more than welcome to use all areas of the hotel for photographs, except for the grassed area in front of the Estuary facing rooms. We have an excellent relationship with Deganwy Marina and if you would like to have photographs taken we can provide contact details

Do you offer a discounted accommodation rate for our Wedding guests?

Once you have confirmed your wedding date and paid your deposit, your Wedding Coordinator will give you a unique group code to quote to your guests. The bedroom rate has a discount of 20% off our standard leisure rate. T&C’s apply

When do we need to pay the balance?

Deposit payment £1000.00 at time of booking your wedding date • At 6 months prior to the wedding date: 50% of the outstanding balance of estimated charges • At 6 weeks prior to the wedding date: 100% of the outstanding balance based on final numbers • To assist with budgeting for your special day you are welcome to pay more at the various stages.
