The Manor sits opposite the charming open courtyard which is enclosed by period outbuildings, the barns, the cottages and the house. Set amongst formal gardens and sweeping lawns down to the Great Pond, central island and fountain, the house itself dates mainly from the 1th century and is built of oak studding and brick with fine pargetting displaying many local patterns and designs.

This stunning ‘Essex pink’ Grade II listed manor of distinction set in 66 acres of spectacular grounds and historic lakes will allow you to host the day of your dreams with the people and things that make you feel special. If it’s possible we’ll achieve it. Love conquers all.

Arrive with panache through our magnificent ‘lantern’ wrought iron gates, sweep up the drive and enjoy the beauty of Little Easton Manor. Your guests will mingle on our historically named Plebs Lawn before taking their seats at your chosen ceremony suite and make your special day unforgettable.

Be centre stage in style and enjoy the red-carpet treatment; the famous Barn Theatre with its stage licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 120 guests is the perfect backdrop as you begin the performance of your life. You will be in good company as famous faces to have trodden the theatre’s boards include Charlie Chaplin, Gracie Fields, Ellen Terry and George Formby and Daisy, the Countess of Warwick, who was the inspiration for the classic song “Daisy Bell” (“Daisy, Daisy Give me your answer Do…”). Your photographer and guests will need to have their cameras poised for action as they will be your official paparazzi for the day. Set the scene with beauty and glamour, rustic vintage elegance, contemporary chic – the possibilities are endless. Your wedding needn’t be a drama (unless you want it to be!) “It’s show time d’ahling!”

Alternatively, The Turkey Barn (which adjoins the Barn Theatre) is licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 70 guests and can be used in conjunction with the theatre or stand alone. Smaller and more intimate than the theatre, the Turkey Barn boasts exposed beams and, due to its neutral colour scheme, can be dressed to impress in your personal style.
