The Relais

It is said that Fra’ Loreno, Franciscan friar and renown herbalist, married the lovers Romeo and Juliet.

He used to gather his medicinal herbs, with whom he offered health, relief and comfort to everyone, on the green hills of Verona (Torricelle)

It is here in fact that the friar used to rest in the shade of the olive trees, in silence and serenity of the surrounding nature.

Right here at just few minutes walking distance from the historical centre of Verona, immersed in the silence of an ancient olive tree garden and set in the peace and tranquility of an unspoilt environment, Fra’ Lorenzo is the ideal place for a unique and unforgettable stay.

The Hospitality

The Relais offer a rich buffet for breakfast. The guests has the possibility to order also light lunches / dinners. There is an outdoor swimming pool with salty water dedicated to wellness (thalassotherapy) and to relaxation, immersed in the silence of the surrounding nature, where it is possible to follow a fitness course.

Our “Meeting Room”, tastefully decorated and equipped for events and business conferences, can hold up to 50 people. The facility also offers a large internal car park with video surveillance, a shuttle service on request and bicycles are available for guests wishing to explore the town and hills.
