The feel

Rebeccah May creates exquisite wedding cakes and wedding favours for

people getting married in Jersey & the Channel Islands. A fully

qualified Patisserie & Confectionery Chef, Rebeccah works with you to

design a cake that tastes as good as it looks and is utterly unique

for your wedding.

Using wonderful local dairy produce the cakes are delicious and range

in flavour from organic Madagascan Vanilla through to the richest

boozy packed with sun dried fruit cakes with every other cake flavour

in-between. Everything is hand made. Choose designs from highly

decorated traditional iced cakes to modern cup cake towers to pyramids

of brownies or towering chocolate creations, all commissions for every

size of wedding are welcomed with love.

Gorgeous wedding favours are made, and packaging sourced for you if

desired, to compliment the chosen theme of the day.

Rebeccah works with skype/e mail initially (if you are not on the

island), then she meets with you in person to ensure your beautiful

cake designs are drawn up with every last detail down to the final

smallest ribbon trimming confirmed.
