I’m Kim your dedicated wedding stationery designer, here to help bring your visions and ideas to life. Planning a wedding can be both exciting and overwhelming, but with my expertise and creativity we can make your wedding stationery truly exceptional.

Your wedding stationery is more than just a piece of paper. It is the first glimpse your guests will have of your special day, so you want them to be blown away!

From your Save the Date cards all the way through to the place cards on your reception tables, my job is to help bring your vision to life with beautifully bespoke designs. My bespoke design service offers you the chance to customise every aspect of your stationery suite, from card stock and fonts through to specialist print finishes, ensuring your stationery perfectly complements your wedding theme and style.

When you choose to work with me, you will be teaming up with a friendly and experienced designer whose passion is to help couples, just like yourselves, create their perfect wedding stationery to tell their love story.

How much will my order cost?

To assist you with managing your budget effectively, you can access my comprehensive Price List of all available stationery items on my website. Alternatively, if you require a quote for a Bespoke Order, then please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Will we see proofs before going to print?

PDF proofs will be provided to you as part of the process and they will be added to your client portal to give you a detailed look at the mockups of all the designs I have created for you. (It is important to note that you must check the final proofs very carefully for any spelling, grammar or information errors. If these are found after the order has been printed, a re-printing charge will be incurred.)

How long will my order take?

The time it takes to complete an order is largely dependent on the timely approval of all necessary amendments and final designs. For ‘Customisable Collection’ orders, the usual timeframe is between 2–4 weeks, and all ‘Bespoke’ orders can take up to 6–8 weeks. Please be aware that it normally takes 7–10 days for the printers to get everything back to me. This includes me checking every item of your order to ensure everything is perfect before sending it on to you, so please bear this in mind when placing an order.

What materials do you use?

All my stationery gets sent to a professional printer to ensure you get the best quality card stock and ink available. Stationery orders without specialist print finishes are printed on either 300gsm Fedrigoni Tintoretto or Fedrigoni Fresco Gesso textured card. For special print finishes such as Digital Foil, orders will be printed onto 350gsm Silk smooth. Larger stationery items, such as A-Board signage, are printed on a 3mm 100% Recyclable Board. Finally, my luxury envelopes are proudly manufactured in the UK by an FSC-accredited, eco-conscious paper mill.
