Instagram Reels are continuing to grow in popularity, with trends forming meaning you may be hearing the same song on many different Reels as people put their own spin on each trend. When creating Reels for your wedding business, you may be wondering how you can find these trends and create your own version of the trend. Well, it’s not as difficult as it may sound and we’re here to help you.

The Reels feed

The easiest place to look is the Reels feed, you can swipe through loads of recommended Reels that will feature a variety of different audio and music options. It’s easy to reuse the audio from Reels, you simply tap on the name of the music or audio which appears at the bottom of the screen then you can view other videos or save the audio. Once you have saved it, it’ll be added to your audio collection for you to start creating content with.

In the Reel builder

If you’d prefer to view a list of music and sounds then start as if you were going to create a Reel but just have a flick through the audio library. You can browse through all the audio available, see your saved audio and search for a specific song. The only issue you may encounter is the copyright laws restricting the use of some audio for Instagram business accounts, so you may have to use the ‘original audio’ option that we mention below.

Look to TikTok

Seeing as Reels were inspired by the incredibly successful, TikTok, it makes sense to look to this platform for inspiration. Simply looking through you’ll find a variety of music and audio options, when you find the one you’d like to use, download the video and reupload the sound as original audio on Reels, simple as that!

Create your own

If you’re inspired by another Reel you saw and thought of a great new trend you’d love to share, then why not create some original audio? It could be a quote from a movie or some random monologue, if it’s entertaining, that’s perfect! Just follow the same upload process as above.

Don’t be afraid to take part in trends, it could help your business reach a wider audience that may not have otherwise heard of you. Just remember to stay relevant, so if the Reel trend is about football and your business is a florist, that may not be the trend for you and you may attract the wrong audience. Good luck!
