As a Professional Wedding Toastmaster & Master of Ceremonies I will hold a pre meeting with you before your wedding at the wedding venue, on the day ensure you receive everything the venue has agreed with you. – Advice on speech content – Fix Button Holes for Grooms party prior to the service if required – As dad is with the Bride I will escort the mother of the bride to her seat in the ceremony room – Assist the photographer as required – Liaise with wedding venue team – Organise a receiving line – Announce top table guests into the wedding Breakfast – Announce the Bride and Groom into rapturous applause -Say Grace – Make all necessary announcements – Attend to guest book / picture frame signing – Visit tables during the meal to check on all your guests – Organise and announce the wedding speeches – Sabrage or teach the Groom to do so prior to the speeches – Organise and assist to give out any gifts or bouquets – Organise the cake cutting ceremony – Announce the Bride and Groom are retiring from their wedding breakfast – Make all announcements for the evenings celebrations – I will generally manage your day for you leaving you free to relax with your family and friends.
