Original Kitchen is a new venture set up in 2009 by professional chef Rory Baxter and venue manager Esmond Roscoe of Poundon House. Rory began culinary training in Ireland seven years ago and recently returned to Gloucestershire having spent six years working in restaurants under a variety of chefs, including Gordon Ramsay, Raymond Blanc, Fergus Henderson, Mark Broadbent and others. Esmond has been running weddings at Poundon House for the past six years and has successfully turned a family house into a critically acclaimed wedding venue, between them they have a wealth of experience in putting on the perfect show.
The company is fresh and small enough to offer a flexible and personal service and has enough experience to ensure that everything is just right for your day. We have a list of very happy previous clients and would love the opportunity to cater for your celebration at Poundon House or any other venue.
