The Platinum Wedding Package
The ultimate wedding day package for parties of up to 45.
“The Loft” including the stage and dance floor with its retro disco lighting is yours exclusively any time from 12pm although we can open and serve drinks from 11am upon request.
Drinks upon arrival, choose Prosecco, Asti, Bucks Fizz or a selection of all three.
A freshly cooked 3-Course sit-down meal from our Wedding exclusive “Platinum Menu” this is our absolute top of the range selection of Chef’s specials and full table service on all food and drinks comes as standard. Please see the website for menu details.
Bespoke drinks packages can also be arranged upon request.
During the daytime, the background music is supplied by us and shared with the restaurant downstairs. We would go with soft and easy listening classic 60’s & 70’s Soul & Motown but we are nothing if not adaptable, just let us know what you would prefer and we will do our best to accommodate. The music volume is independently controlled so you can have it as loud or as quiet as you would like and off completely when it comes to the time for those all-important speeches.
You are more than welcome to supply your own music, be that a live entertainer or your own DJ set-up.
We can recommend our own previously used, experienced wedding singer “Viva La Vintage”. Obviously, this will come at an additional cost but one look at Abbi-Kaye’s videos will tell you that you’ve made an excellent choice. During the afternoon transition period, and to allow us to clear up and layout “The Loft” to your own personal preference for the evening’s entertainment, an exclusive use lounge area downstairs will be provided, this can be set up outside, weather permitting, if you would prefer. The fully stocked and very competitively priced downstairs bar will be open all day.
“The Late Lounge” cocktail bar including your own dedicated bartender will be yours exclusively for the duration of the evening. A choice of any 6 cocktails can be chosen from our extensive list of 30 cocktails, we will then produce a bespoke menu for the tables, this allows you to choose to rename one or if you prefer, all of the cocktails to whatever you would like (within reason!) a really personal touch and the perfect surprise for the “Father of the Bride”, the “Best Man” the “Matron of Honour” or even the “Happy Couple”.
During the evening a comprehensive finger buffet including fresh sandwiches, pastries, salads & desserts will be served.
Evening music can again be provided by us, shared from the restaurant downstairs, in the evenings we play a great mix of classic 60’s & 70’s Soul & Motown, Soulful Reggae and sometimes the occasional cheeky 80’s tune or Two Tone banger! You can of course book your own entertainment for the night, the small stage overlooking the dancefloor (with electrical sockets) is the perfect location for a singer or DJ. Late bar available till Midnight Sunday to Thursday and 1am Friday & Saturday.

The PLATINUM package is available seven days a week for a set price.

1. Sunday to Thursday for 20 dinner and evening guests £1200.00
2. Sunday to Friday for 20 dinner guests and 40 evening guests £1500.00
3. Sunday to Friday for 40 dinner and evening guests £2400.00
4. Saturday for 20 dinner guests and 40 evening guests £2000.00
5. Saturday for 40 dinner and evening guests £3000.00

This is the basic framework for our PLATINUM package, but from the second you make your initial enquiry with us we are there to help to tailor your booking to your specific requirements.
We know we are not a Country House Hotel, but the unique character of “The Loft”, the quality of our food and a “Soulville” attention to detail means that we can make your wedding day everything that you imagined it would be, but at a fraction of the cost.
It is your job to choose a day…. it is our job to make it special!
The Platinum package is our bespoke wedding package but we also have Bronze, Silver & Gold packages which guarantee “The loft @ Soulville” is the perfect Wedding venue for every couple and every budget.
