This classical gem of a small Cotswold Manor House, built in the Queen Anne William and Mary style circa 1700, has been lovingly restored. Delightful in its practical simplicity, it consists of 3 spacious ground floor reception rooms and 8 en-suite bedrooms on 2 floors for 21st Century comfort and living. A large Orangery/party room has been added overlooking the extensive gardens.

The Tythe House sleeps 16 guests. The House may be used in conjunction with the 11 self-catering cottages, 12 Bed and Breakfast rooms and The Great Tythe Barn on the same estate. The party opportunities are boundless and even for conferences.

The Orangery is a light magical space with its glass roof lanterns, French patio doors to our extensive private gardens for a marquee, yet perfect for smaller select weddings with fine dining in mind. Our invited chefs relish the chance to create those dream menus where diets are best forgotten.

Licensed for Civil Ceremonies with a Travertine stone floor, effective heating and a logburning fireplace, best suited to subdued party music. In all the homely feel but with the WOW factor.
