1 Wedding Venues in Tring found
These days Tring is a comfortable commuter town, a journey, as it were, that began with the arrival of the railways in the town in 1835. Some of this small market town’s main activities in the past will be of interest to brides planning their weddings here, not least silk weaving and lace making. Is it being sexist to say that the grooms may be more taken by its brewing history? The most famous residents of Tring, the Rothschilds, bestowed on the area more than a hint of their great wealth, along with the eccentric – however hard you try we’re guessing that a carriage pulled by zebras (as was Rothschild scion Walter’s) will not be possible to arrange.
