16 Wedding Venues in Stafford found

Between the potteries of Stoke and the workshops of Brum, Stafford might be expected to be along the same industrious lines, but its High Street, Castle and High House seem more reminiscent of Oakham or Stamford. In the Tudor and Stuart eras Stafford was more significant than its now larger neighbours, that historic importance reflected still in some stately homes of real character and beauty in the surrounding area, and perhaps epitomised by the town’s most famous son – Izaak Walton, fishing writer of poetic genius.
