2 Wedding Venues in Much Wenlock found

With its lovely pillared Guildhall, ruined priory, and the fine 12th century Holy Trinity Church Much Wenlock has a decidedly medieval air to it, something that obviously inspired A. E. Housman who wrote about the town and Wenlock Edge looming to the north, his poetry in turn giving Vaughan Williams musical inspiration – perhaps something to consider for your wedding music. Not every building dates from the Middle Age of course, but even the more recent additions don’t spoil the harmonious nature of the place – the sort of spot where on passing through you wished you had arranged to stay – or like you arranged to marry here?
