The feel

The Warren is a unique grade II listed manor house set amidst 22 acres of north Kent countryside. The main function room flaunts a large dance floor, stage area, integreated disco lighting and a fully licenced bar. This beautiful venue can seat up to 220 guests for your wedding breakfast, and up to 300 guests for your evening reception and party. Adjoining this elegant room is the secluded De Zoete Garden, providing an an idyllic setting for a summer wedding ceremony, reception drinks and your wedding photos.

Is your venue licensed for ceremonies inside and outside?
Yes, both our beautiful Coney Suite and idyllic De Zoete Garden are licensed for ceremonies
How many people can you accommodate for dining?
There are many rooms to choose from to host your wedding. Our largest space, The Coney Suite, can comfortably accommodate up to 220 guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast, and 300 evening guests.
What is the all-inclusive price for 2025?
We offer all-inclusive packages costing £7,550 for 60 guests. Any additional day guests are charged at £90 per head, and evening guests £20 per head. This includes a welcome drink, three-course wedding breakfast, tea and coffee with after dinner mints, half a bottle of wine per guest, glass of prosecco for speeches, evening buffet, a dedicated wedding manager, bridal room, fully licensed bar, chairs, linen, glasses and tableware. Furthermore, you receive exclusive use of The Coney Suite and adjoining De Zoete Garden.
Are there bedrooms for overnight accommodation?
Although there is no onsite accommodation, we have some beautiful nearby places, including Bromley Brama Hotel, who offer a 12% discount to those getting married at our venue.
