A ready-made wedding village, The Green is a wholly private and endlessly pretty place to get married. Whether it’s a large-scale traditional affair, a cosy DIY country celebration or a laid-back festival-style party, the ethos is one of flexibility. A series of options are available depending on the scale of your celebration.

Share your wedding day with up to 140 guests, with adaptable function space for smaller groups and offer up to three days of 5 Star luxury accommodation to 32 of your closest friends and family. Surrounded by breathtaking views, our picturesque 20-acre private estate has its own lovely orchard, wild meadows, enchanting woods and a tranquil lake. So there
are endless idyllic settings for beautiful photographs of your special day.

We have many locations where you can exchange your vows. Our Oak arbour is outdoors, set on the hillside, and framed by two majestic English oaks; it looks down onto a canopy of trees in the lush green valley below. Our Lake Arbour is set by the river beside our lake nestled amongst the trees. If the weather isn’t kind we have some gorgeous indoor options for you too. Our Wedding Barn is just adorable with tons of character and original beams and oak floors. If you are looking for something a bit more DIY then our Really Rustic Barn has lots of scope for styling to your own taste.

With its dramatic wall of glass, and flooded with natural light, the Green Room Bar is a stunning, contemporary space you to enjoy throughout your celbrations.

For your reception we have our stunning Red Brick Barn. It’s hard to believe that our Red Brick Barn was once a cow shed. The red brick walls and original beams have been lovingly retained but the rest is pure sparkle and glamour. The front of the barn has floor to ceiling doors that open fully to views over Kitt Hill and distant Dartmoor. The outside is clad in oak and there is oak flooring throughout.
