Welcome to Shottle Hall a magnificently restored country house set on the famous Chatsworth Estate, we are located on the edge of the peak district national park and our setting and views are second to none.
Although we have the perfect countryside location we just a short 20 minute drive from Derby City and all major road and rail networks are within easy reach.
Shottle Hall is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and we can offer a choice of ceremony rooms depending on the number of guests. For the wedding breakfast we can accommodate smaller parties in The Devonshire Dining Room or larger parties can be host their wedding breakfast in the Orangery Restaurant.
As we are a family-run business, we go above and beyond to ensure that your day exceeds expectations and we want you to feel as though Shottle Hall is your home throughout your stay.
Exclusive use hire of The Hall includes 8 guest bedrooms including our sumptuous bridal suite “The Red Room” with four poster bed and roll top bath. You and your wedding party will also enjoy a full English breakfast the next day in our private dining room.
Your guests will be free to discover the wonderful public areas of Shottle Hall, including the relaxing library the contemporary gallery bar and also take a stroll through our 14 acres of mature gardens and parkland. Here at Shottle Hall we have the grounds & facilities to ensure that whatever dreams you wish to create, we can happily accommodate.
