Our lovely Gardens have 64 beautiful acres in which to make your promises, create your memories and capture lovely images… Whether you want a simple ceremony or a splendid celebration, we can work with you every step of the way, making sure the day is utterly unforgettable for your guests… and most of all, for you. We have two areas where you can hold your ceremony or partnership, our Hulme conservatory room with sweeping views of the gardens and our iconic Rock Garden. The Hulme room offers the perfect alternative to an outdoor ceremony and can also be used if the weather isn’t on our side on the day. The Hulme is licensed to seat 100 guests for a ceremony and the Rock Garden can hold up to 135 standing guests (we can provide chairs if you have any elderly or disabled guests.)

Rock Garden

Couples cross the sandstone bridge and are married in the summer house overlooking our angelic lily pond, which provides a stunning backdrop for your wedding photographs. Guests make the short walk from our privileged car park and enter in the beautiful gardens through adjoining wrought iron gates to await the arrival of the bridal party. The ceremony takes place in the summer house and Mosaic our caterers can provide a canapé and drinks reception in the Rock garden or in the Hulme conservatory afterwards whilst you are having your photographs taken.

Conservatory Hulme Room

The Hulme is a perfect alternative to an outdoor wedding and is a popular choice for Winter weddings. If you opted for an outdoor ceremony our conservatory is immediately booked out as this room is your Plan B if the weather is not on our side on the day. We provide the chairs, linen for the ceremony table, planters for either side of the registrars table and the heart decoration shown below. You can also use this room to hold a drinks reception for your guests whilst you are having photographs taken in the gardens.
