Whatever the season, whether a small and intimate wedding or something on a larger scale, Lyde Arundel is a unique and magical location. Our clients can trust that we will deliver to their highest expectation. We work with an accomplished and dynamic team to arrange exceptionally wonderful weddings, we are here to help as much as you like in the planning and execution of your wedding day. We only hold one wedding a week, so not only does Lyde Arundel remain special for all our couples but this means it’s all yours for your wedding week – come and start decorating and personalising – and celebrating! – two days before your wedding.

Lyde Arundel is romantic and secluded. We have two lovely old stone converted barns that are suited for up to either 100 or 200 guests seated. There are pretty terraced gardens overlooking a lake which provide the most perfect setting for wedding photographs. Lyde Arundel is hidden away from the world but within easy reach of Hereford.

We have the flexibility to accommodate any number and ALWAYS have a wet weather option – this is England after all! Over the years we have amassed a list of contacts who are fun to work with, professional, friendly, reliable and passionate – nearly all of whom are local. So whether it’s stone baked pizzas, fireworks or a rodeo bull that you’re after we can help you find the perfect match. Alternatively you are welcome to bring in any of your own suppliers if you wish.

Unique Civil Ceremonies

We specialise in exclusive country weddings and surely one of the most romantic places to get married in Herefordshire is overlooking our stunning lake in the Summer House. Or you can choose to have the ceremony inside one of our two beautiful barns. Whether you opt for an intimate, small wedding or a grand, large ceremony we can make Lyde Arundel the ideal wedding location for you.

Bespoke Weddings

We like to think of our beautiful barns as a blank canvas – do nothing and they make a stunning backdrop to your big day, or you can let your imagination run wild. We will help you hang bunting, set up tables for you and friends and family to arrange all your flowers on, run a separate cocktail bar serving fantastic cocktails of your choosing – often using local produce, arrange to have your favourite playlist playing at the right moments, nudge your ushers and best men when they are having too much fun to remember their duties, order taxis for guests and generally go all out from the first viewing until your last guest leaves at 2am, as we know that this day is once in a lifetime and want as much as you do for it to be truly unforgettable.

We understand the importance of a personal approach to our weddings. Our aim is to help you achieve your ideal wedding day – we really do go the extra mile in helping you to achieve this, whether it’s allowing your dog to accompany you on your big day or sewing you into your dress if something has gone awry to dashing to the shop for the vital baby food that’s sitting in your kitchen fridge! We are creative and complete perfectionists, so rest assured the detail really does matter to us.
