Kinnettles Castle is the complete venue for weddings. 

A truly magnificent Scottish Baronial Mansion house and now open as a boutique castle venue. Kinnettles Castle is set in the heart of the Angus countryside. Castellated and extremely imposing with architectural features and panoramic views of the rolling countryside, this is a dramatic setting for your special day.

As you approach Kinnettles the gravelled drive passes the Gate Lodge and rises up to the Castle and the sight ahead of the grand scale and charm of the mansion house is something to behold. A vision of knights in shining armour sweeping princesses off their feet, Kinnettles Castle is a romantic backdrop for celebrating this magical day.

As you step through the main entrance into the impressive hallway, the main reception rooms feature grand fireplaces and ornate plasterwork, yet the unique contemporary furniture and design creates a warm welcome. 

The stunning parkland can be the perfect setting for a large marquee for up to 200 people or alternatively we can seat up to 22 guests in the dining room for a truly sumptuous and intimate wedding.

Accommodation

Here at Kinnettles Castle, our luxurious 5 star accommodation is elegant, chic and contemporary.

Our aim is to offer the most luxurious boutique hotel experience in Scotland. All nine of our double bedrooms rooms offer complimentary Wi-Fi access, plus use of the onsite facilities including the games room, wine cellar, bar and unrestricted access to the grounds.

We also have Gate Lodge a stunning two bedroom self-catering cottage, furnished for ultimate comfort. Complete with two double bedrooms as well as a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, the Gate Lodge provides the perfect location for the ideal family getaway, or a couples retreat.

First Night as Mr & Mrs

To complete the nuptial experience, spend your first night as Mr & Mrs is our luxurious bridal suite. As well as a gorgeous bath tub to sink into and relax after a long and emotion filled day, our bridal suite comes complete with cosy bathrobes and unbeatably soft sheets.
