The feel

Our 11th Century castle nestles in a valley with 30 acres of lush green land stretching out around it.

This is an opportunity not only to be close to nature but to touch history: your Civil Ceremony takes place in the Great Hall & your blessing in our Chapel which was built way back in the 6th Century and stands intact today as probably the oldest ‘living’ building in Devon.

Bickleigh Castle is one of the most romantic settings for holding your dream wedding, at any time of year.

Whether you are getting married or renewing your wedding vows our experienced team will arrange all the details in the Castle, leaving you to concentrate on the personal fun elements that together make the perfect event.

All our bespoke weddings include:

Exclusive use of Bickleigh Castle estate from Friday 5.00pm till Sunday 11.00am
