Augill Castle has a long tradition of memorable hospitality. During its 160 years, the castle has retained much of its enchanting atmosphere. Today, Simon and Wendy Bennett run the castle in a modern, informal style, with one overriding tenet: to do everything they can to ensure guests leave feeling they have stayed with friends. Their warm and welcoming approach transforms every stay into a unique and personal experience, making each guest feel at home within the castle’s historic walls.

Augill Castle is also licensed to hold civil marriages, making it an exceptional venue for weddings. The castle can host a formal wedding breakfast for up to forty guests, with room for sixty for less formal celebrations. There is no formula, no set packages. Each wedding at Augill is as unique as the setting itself. Simon and Wendy work closely with each couple to tailor every detail, ensuring that the day reflects their individual tastes and personalities.

The castle boasts 14 beautiful bedrooms and suites, providing accommodation for 28 adults and up to 10 children. Whether you are looking to book a single room or the entire castle for your wedding, Augill Castle offers a range of options to suit your needs. Exclusive hire, fully catered, allows guests to immerse themselves in the castle’s charm, with personalised service that enhances every moment of your stay.
