The Athenaeum is a beautiful Grade 1 listed building located in the historical Angel Hill area of Bury St Edmunds. Located opposite St Edmundsbury Cathedral and close to the Abbey Gardens. The Athenaeum is a superb wedding venue and can hold up to 160 guests for wedding ceremonies and receptions.
It is also an ideal venue for conferences, exhibitions, dinners and balls and has four rooms available for hire from the Lounge and Reading rooms to the very beautiful Ballroom.
