Hi, we are Aaron and Ian, and together we are Admiral Photography & Films, an ‘Award Winning’ team based in Bristol…

Both of us have been taking photographs since our childhood and share a passion for capturing moments. For us, it is a ‘super power’… we can freeze time… and allow you to relive it time and time again.

Having that bond of Father and Son, we have a special relationship; one that goes beyond business partners. This overflows into our working world and allows our thoughts and our actions to be aligned, and thus to create a common style.

So what is our style?

I am sure we have all heard of the term ‘documentary’, which suggests the telling of a story; most commonly applied to weddings. Our aim is to capture your special moments, and to provide you with memories; be that a wedding, a birthday, or even some ‘family time’.

We are adaptable to and comfortable in any situation, be that quietly in the background or gently and subtly directing a moment to create that perfect image. Our belief is that being as unobtrusive as possible makes the most natural and relaxed photographs and with our increasing experience, both of us have developed an ability to anticipate events occurring so that we can best position ourselves to ‘capture the moment’.

While we are capable with many forms of photography, we love people! We love the expressions, the emotions, the joy and even the sadness; this is why we specialise in Weddings, Parties, Families and Friends.

In 2020 we branched out into video after listening to couples ask “Do you do video or know someone who does?”. We can now offer a photography, videography and drone package.
