The feel

Celebrate your wedding or civil ceremony in our beautiful 17th Century Oak Barn and fully lined, elaborate marquee (May- September), which can be decorated however you desire to match your theme. The marquee seats up to 150 people for the wedding breakfast.

Drinks and canapes can be enjoyed on the lawn of our romantic English Garden, which looks out over the South Downs and The Long Man of Wilmington.

The Green Oak Lodge offers an alternative setting for your wedding breakfast and provides comfort for an autumn/winter wedding, seating up to 90 people. It also offers five beautifully appointed, luxury en-suite bedrooms, each featuring Hypnos beds for a comfortable nights stay.

Enjoy your reception with a live band or DJ in our traditional Oak Barn. The Oak Barn has a sprung floor for dancing and a well stocked bar with Sussex beers, English Wines, soft drinks and spirits.

Our experienced chefs have created seasonal menus which incorporate local and organic produce for you to enjoy on your special day.

We are licensed for civil ceremonies and offer a tailor-made wedding, with a selection of menus and wines for you to choose for your special day. The cost per head is between £135 and £160 per guest. We also offer a special package for 40-60 guests, costing between £125- £140 per guests. You can see our attached brochure for more details.

We take pride in making every wedding as personal as possible, so we generally only have one wedding per weekend to ensure you have a truly memorable day.
