As the warmer months are just around the corner, there is no better time to have an outdoor wedding. With social distancing rules still firmly in place, you and your guests will have much more space to roam in the fresh air.
To help you find the perfect place for your wedding day, here’s a few outdoor wedding venues that are bound to fill you with inspiration!
1. Stanlake Park & Vineyard
When it comes to outside space, Stanlake Park has it in abundance. Not only is it located in Berkshire’s largest wine estate, but the venue boasts 150 acres of gorgeous grounds and gardens, so you are really spoilt for space. You can say “I Do” surrounded by the vineyard and the stunning Berkshire countryside. There are three outdoor areas at Stanlake Park, including The Courtyard, The Walled Garden and The Vineyard Barn Lawn, so you have a whole host of spaces for those all-important wedding photos.
If you are on the hunt for an intimate, outdoor venue surrounded by nature and screams botanical, then Trevenna might be the perfect pick for you. Not only is it home to 142 acres of stunning countryside, but their Arbour is a beautiful location for your ceremony. You can also choose how you want to make your entrance to the alter, from a walk beside the pond to an aisle across the lawn. They even make sure the aisle is wide enough that no dresses get caught on the way down!
3. Bron Eifon Country House Hotel
A Welsh countryside haven, Bron Eifon is a beautiful country house nestled in 5 acres of grounds, making it the perfect venue for an outdoor wedding. The house itself is full of character, its charm evident from its exterior, not just the rooms inside. Located on the Llyn Peninsular, outdoor ceremonies are offered from April to September in their Wedding Gazebo, surrounded by idyllic views and landscaped gardens as you say your vows.
4. Osborne House
You don’t have to travel far for a wedding on the beach. Osborne House is rich in romantic history, known as the honeymoon location of George V and Queen Mary, and has the option of marrying on beach right next to the venue. 6. Slaugham Place
As far as outdoor weddings go, no one does it quite like Slaugham Place. Steeped in history, it was formerly a moated Elizabethan manor house, the moat and ruins of the manor remaining and fantastic for unique wedding photos. Outside ceremonies are offered during the summer months at their Cambridge Cottage, your guests seated on the lawn as you and your partner share vows in front of the beautiful French doors of the Drawing Room. You can also serve drinks on the lawn, a great opportunity for you and your guests to enjoy the serene surroundings the gardens have to offer.
