Naturally, you will want it to be a truly perfect day for you, your partner and guests, so let us help with the planning and preparation leaving you and your partner free to enjoy the day as you dreamed.
The Wedding Ceremony
Looking for an alternative venue than that of a Register Office or Church Wedding? The Old Golf House Hotel holds a Civil Wedding Ceremony license and you may find it more convenient and relaxing to hold both your marriage ceremony and reception under one roof. Our license allows us to hold the ceremony in three of our suites.
The Wedding Celebration
We have two rooms suitable for your wedding celebrations, from the more intimate party to the larger reception for up to 180 guests. Whatever the size or style of your wedding, our Wedding Co-ordinator will choose the room that is right for you.
The Castleshaw Suite is self contained and intimate with it’s own private bar. It can accommodate 40 to 60 guests for your Wedding Breakfast and 80 to 100 guests for the evening.
The Grangemoor Restaurant is tastefully decorated. Overlooking our landscaped gardens, it is the perfect setting for your Wedding Breakfast for 60 to 90 guests and 101 to 180 guests for the evening.
Provisional numbers will be required at the time of the booking and the hotel’s minimum charge for the facilities booked will be based on those numbers – please see terms and conditions.
Accommodation
Our excellent facilities boast 52 en suite bedrooms including a four poster and superior suites, family, double and twin bedded rooms. The bride and groom can relax at the end of their special day in their choice of suites.
