The feel

The hotel has three suites that are licensed to hold wedding ceremonies. The Hampton Suite can accommodate a congregation of up to 100 and the Shepperton suite and the Old Windsor Room can each hold up 40 guests for more intimate affairs. If you wish to hold your wedding in the hotel, we will be happy to help you organise this.

A dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator is available to help you plan your perfect day and all our rooms can be dressed and themed accordingly to your unique wedding style. From providing a Master of Ceremonies throughout the day to arranging flowers and your choice of music, we can make your dreams a reality and create the right atmosphere for your special day.

We will treat your wedding day as a special event, unlike any other day. We will provide you with the perfect venue for your wedding, from small intimate gatherings to large celebrations.

Your wedding is a unique occasion, so shouldn’t your menu be just as individual? We think so. Our Wedding Co-ordinator will meet with you during your preparations to discuss themes. You are also welcome to take the opportunity to meet with our Head Chef to discuss your requirements.

So whether it’s a hot carved buffet or gourmet set menu, we will ensure that your specific tastes are catered for.

From Bucks Fizz or Vodka Martinis on arrival to a wide selection of wines and Champagnes for the wedding toast – we have an excellent selection of drinks to accompany your wedding menu.

Continue the celebration for you and your guests in comfort and end your special day in one of our bedrooms. All 185 bedrooms are stylish, comfortable and air-conditioned. Our leisure facilities are available for all our guests who can feel free to take a leisurely dip in the pool, work out in the gym, or simply relax in the sauna, steam room or spa.
