Perched high in the gardens, our stunning new Rotunda is perfect for an intimate wedding ceremony, a fabulous exterior backdrop for your photographs, and at night, a wonderfully romantic bridal suite with a skylight to the stars.

Behind the striking Georgian façade of the main hotel, you can also choose from our pretty Garden View room, homely Lakeview room or elegant Oak room for your ceremony and/or celebrations. Our rear terrace is yours for a relaxed drinks reception, should you desire it.

In keeping with our Lake District location, menus are offered with a strong emphasis on locally produced food and drink and our flexible approach means we can create a package that fulfils your dreams and fits your budget.

Room bookings are not compulsory but our 41 en-suite bedrooms mean that a great night’s sleep is just a few steps away and our swimming pool and leisure facilities are sure to entice any guests who make a stay of it.
